The End of an Era…

The Collins Cove Cottage colony has been a true family business for the past century, cared for with love by 4 generations of family and friends. Year after year, guests returned to find comfort in the seemingly unchanging landscape. The same over-sized petunias and other flowers flourished by the docks, and the same friendly faces would return to enjoy a summer by the sea.

We want to thank the countless guests, and friends we made along the way for their patronage, and for choosing to spend their precious time in our special slice of beautiful Cape Cod.

On February 24th, 2025, the property was sold to new owners, to do with as they choose going forward. We are incredibly proud to have created such a legacy, but wish the new owners the best of luck in the future.
